HDPE plastic is polyethylene plastic, has corrosion resistance, electrical insulation (especially high frequency insulation), low pressure polyethylene is suitable for the production of corrosion resistant parts and insulating parts; High pressure polyethylene is suitable for film production, etc. Uhmwpe is suitable for shock absorption, wear resistance and transmission parts.
Usage:
Can use injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods. Mainly used for agricultural film, industrial packaging film, medicine and food packaging film, machinery parts, daily necessities, building materials, wire, cable insulation, coating and synthetic paper.
HDPE performance:
1. Crystal material, small moisture absorption, no need to fully dry, excellent fluidity, fluidity sensitive to pressure, molding time with high pressure injection, uniform material temperature, fast filling speed, full pressure. Direct gate should not be used to prevent uneven shrinkage and increase of internal stress. Pay attention to the location of the gate to prevent shrinkage and deformation.
. Large shrinkage range and shrinkage value, obvious direction, easy deformation warping. The cooling speed should be slow, the mold is equipped with cold hole, and a cooling system.
3.Heating time should not be too long, otherwise it will decompose and burn.
4.Soft plastic parts have shallow side grooves, can be forced to demolom.
5.It is not suitable to contact with organic solvent to prevent cracking.
