Specification

Material: Virgin PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), no recycled material, low impurity, eco-friendly.
Production Process: Calendering / Extrusion. Calendering is suitable for thin film; extrusion is for thick sheet.
Thickness: Calendering type ranges from 0.05mm to 3mm; extrusion type ranges from 1mm to 12mm. Custom ultra-thin film from 9μm to 100μm is available.
Standard Width: 610mm, 910mm, 1220mm, 1400mm. Custom width can be accepted.
Standard Length per roll: 150m, 200m, 300m, 500m, 1000m. Roll length can be customized as request.
Density: 1.36 g/cm³ with stable physical property.
Color: Super clear, matte, black, red, blue, yellow, green and so on. Custom color and transmittance are supported.
Hardness: Flexible, Semi-rigid, Rigid for different application scenarios.

Packing & Delivery

Packing Method
Each roll is wrapped with inner PE moisture-proof film, middle kraft paper, outside heavy carton or waterproof woven bag to avoid scratch, moisture and damage during transit. Heavy rolls will be fixed on wooden pallets with strapping for container loading. Palletized packing adopts stretch film wrapping plus anti-slip protection.

Shipping Terms
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP trade terms are all available. Delivery time is 7–20 working days after deposit and sample confirmation, which depends on order quantity. Loading ports include main ports in China such as Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo and so on. Sea freight is recommended for bulk orders; air freight or express delivery is for small sample orders.

Storage & Transportation Notice
Keep the film away from direct sunlight, high temperature, fire and organic solvent. Store goods in dry and ventilated warehouse, and the storage temperature should be kept below 40℃. Do not stack rolls too high to prevent roll deformation. Handle with care and avoid sharp objects piercing the film surface.

A: MOQ varies for different product types. The standard clear PVC film MOQ is 1 roll. MOQ will be higher for custom color or special surface PVC film.

A: Yes, we can do surface printing according to customer's artwork. Please provide AI/PDF file for printing confirmation before mass production.

Q4: How long is the production lead time?
A: Normally 7-20 working days after receiving deposit and sample confirmation. It will be adjusted according to your order quantity and customized requirements.

Q5: What should we pay attention to during storage?
A: Keep PVC film away from sun exposure and high temperature environment. Do not place near fire source. Store in dry warehouse, avoid heavy stacking to prevent deformation.

Q6: Do you have certificates to meet our local market requirements?
A: We have SGS, RoHS, REACH, EN71 and other relevant test reports. We can provide copies for your customs clearance or market inspection.

Q7: Is the PVC film recyclable?
A: Yes, PVC material can be recycled. Waste film can be collected and reprocessed properly.
