Common plastic sheet:

Commonly used sheet include: PVC, PET, PP, PS and on the basis of flocking sheet, gold sheet and anti-static sheet.

PVC: the most commonly used plastic material, soft, strong toughness, good plasticity, can be made transparent and various colors, commonly used transparent PVC packaging electronics, cosmetics, toys, gifts and other products.

PET (A-PET) : hard quality, good toughness, high strength, bright surface, environmental protection, non-toxic, transparent and A variety of color sheet.The disadvantage is that PET high-frequency thermal bonding is more difficult, the price is much more expensive than PVC, this material is often required to replace PVC products of high-grade and environmental protection users;

PS: density is small (light), environmental protection non-toxic, plasticity is very good, poor toughness brittle, can not be made of bright materials, so can only be made of bottom type plastic, because it is easy to crack, this kind of plastic should not be recycled;

PP: special soft material, good toughness, environmental protection, non-toxic, high temperature resistance, is often made of food and beverage appliances or other high temperature resistant products packaging;But its plasticity is poor, processing is difficult, the surface gloss is poor, and the color will become lighter when processing;

PET-G: the physical properties of the same as A-PET, but can be high frequency thermal bonding, the price of A-PET is 80% more expensive

Thickness classification of materials:

A, ordinary thin blister thickness of 0.14 ~ 5.0 mm - mainly use PVC, PP, PS (HIPS), PET (including APET, PETG), PE, BOPS, and recycled paper such as the effect of various materials and folding, folded in half, thirty percent, cylinder, folding box, box, high frequency and other non thermal forming blister products, widely used in food, medicine, electronics, toys, computers, daily necessities, cosmetics and mechanical hardware industry, etc.

The reason not on the type of materials to classify, mainly considering the ordinary thin plastic and special thick plastic materials used by some differences, but PVC, PP, PS and PET in these two kinds of plastic products have a place, can be called plastic products with the "four Kings"!

PVC hard piece toughness moderate, not easy to burn, combustion will produce chlorine gas, have a certain impact on the environment, PVC is easy to heat, can be used sealing machine and high frequency machine edge sealing, is the main raw material for the production of transparent plastic products.

PS hard piece density is low, toughness is poor, easy to burn, combustion will produce styrene gas (a harmful gas), so generally used to produce a variety of industrial blister tray.

PET plate good toughness, high transparency, easy burning, burning does not produce harmful gases, belong to the environmental protection material, but the price is high, suitable for high-end blister products, blister blister of European and American countries generally require the use of PET plate, but it is not easy to heat sealing, bring great difficulty to the package, in order to solve this problem, people on the PET surface composite layer of PVC film, named PETG plate, but the price higher.

About PS rigid film                                                                                   

PS sheet is the Polystyrene sheet. They are light, cheap, stable, and can anti the high impact,with 
long durability and high transparency, they can be processed by heating, bending, screen printing 
and by vacuum forming.
HIPS sheet material include:HIPS blister packaging, HIPS printing film,auti-electronic HIPS  sheet
,sand polishing sheet material.
